I GREET YOU!

Here are a few words about me. Originally I came across the Alexander Technique when I was 12 years old. Sydney Holland, one of the first Alexander Teachers to be trained by F.M. Alexander himself, helped me overcome chronic lung problems. Since those early experiences of F.M. Alexander’s work, my understanding, both in theory and practice has grown. I have been in contact with and worked with a range of well-known Alexander Technique teachers over the years and have developed experience of various coaching and mentoring techniques. Work with the voice is what I enjoy the most.

Since 1999 I have worked professionally as an Alexander Technique teacher and voice coach in London, Germany and Budapest.

I give sessions in Hungarian, German and English –  being a native speaker of the last two and almost native speaker of Hungarian.

I have experience with actors, public speakers and performers of all kinds, as well as those in leading positions in companies and organisations. I have also worked in the field of rehabilitation after serious illness (e.g. serious back problems and cancer) and with challenging life-changes.

I live with my partner and son in Budapest. I am a writer and enjoy poetry and gardening.
